IT Full Stack Software Developer (Contractual)
ITIT Full Stack Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end web applications that support KGP Operations. This role covers both front-end and back-end development, including user interface design, API development, database management, and system integration with payment gateways and financial systems. The IT Full Stack Developer ensures applications are secure, scalable, and high-performing while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable digital payment solutions that meet business and customer needs.
Responsibilities
Front-end Responsibilities
- Develop intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for payment processing web applications.
- Implement responsive web designs to ensure seamless user experiences across various devices and screen sizes.
- Build interactive and dynamic user interfaces using modern front-end technologies and frameworks.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate design mockups and wireframes into high-quality, functional applications that align with design specifications.
- Optimize front-end performance to improve page load speed, responsiveness, and overall user experience.
Back-end Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain secure and efficient server-side applications to support payment processing.
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs to enable seamless communication between front-end and back-end systems.
- Integrate applications with third-party payment gateways and financial systems to support secure transaction processing.
- Implement robust data validation, authentication, and authorization mechanisms to safeguard payment transactions and sensitive information.
- Optimize back-end performance, scalability, and reliability to support high transaction volumes and business growth.
Database Management
- Design and maintain database schemas and data models for secure and efficient storage of payment-related data.
- Develop, optimize, and maintain database queries to ensure efficient data retrieval, processing, and performance.
- Ensure data integrity, availability, and security by implementing appropriate access controls, encryption techniques, and database security best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, preferably in web application development.
- Experience in the payment, FinTech, banking, or financial services industry is an advantage.
- Proficiency in front-end development technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
- Hands-on experience in API development, integration, and testing using tools such as JSON, Postman, and cURL.
- Strong knowledge of relational databases, SQL, and database design principles.
- Understanding of solution design, system architecture, and system analysis methodologies.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, Java, or JavaScript. Experience developing, deploying, and maintaining applications in cloud environments.
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), software engineering best practices, and fundamental IT security principles.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
