Job Title: Accounting Intern 

Job Summary: The Accounting Intern will learn and provide support for tax invoice documentation related to financial institutions, vendors, and business partners. This includes assisting with the compilation of account closing reports for internal record-keeping, as well as helping coordinate and prepare documents for submission to Mazars, the company's appointed external accounting firm. Through this role, the intern will develop practical skills in managing accounting and tax-related documentation within a real working environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and issue Tax Invoices received from banking institutions.
  • Prepare and process Tax Invoices received from suppliers and vendors.
  • Generate and compile account closing reports for internal record purposes.
  • Retrieve and download Tax Invoice reports issued by the bank.
  • Prepare and organize documentation for submission to Mazars, the designated external accounting firm.
  • Undertake any additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the authorized personnel.

 

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree, Higher Vocational Diploma (Diploma), or a recent graduate.
  • Strong document management and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Able to prioritize tasks, manage multiple assignments, and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge or educational background in Accounting or Finance will be an advantage.
