Accounting & ERP System Manager

The Accounting & ERP System Manager is responsible for leading the company's end-to-end accounting operations while driving the effective implementation and optimization of the ERP system to improve financial accuracy and operational efficiency. This role oversees daily accounting activities, general ledger management, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing, ensuring compliance with Thai accounting standards and regulatory requirements, including VAT, WHT, CIT, BOT, and e-Tax.

The position works closely with Operations, IT, external auditors, and regulatory authorities to strengthen internal controls, automate accounting processes, and enhance system performance. The role also prepares financial reports, provides analytical insights to support business decisions, and ensures accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting.

  • Manage the end-to-end accounting process, from daily transactions to month-end and year-end closing.

  • Oversee GL posting, reconciliation, and ensure accurate financial records.

  • Implement, Administer and optimize the ERP system to support accounting and operational efficiency.

  • Ensure full compliance with Thai financial laws and regulatory requirements, including VAT, WHT, CIT, BOT, and e-Tax.

  • Coordinate with external auditors, tax authorities, and related stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, IT) to enhance accounting processes and automation through ERP.

  • Generate financial reports and provide insights for management decision-making.

คุณสมบัติ

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

  • CPD qualification or equivalent certification required.

  • Minimum 12 years of experience in accounting, financial operations, or ERP system management.

  • Hands-on experience in ERP systems.

  • Strong knowledge of Thai accounting standards, taxation, and compliance.

  • Background in Fintech, Payment Gateway, or Financial Institution preferred.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Fluent in Thai and good command of English.
