IT Integration Solution & Planning Associate

Responsible for designing, planning, and coordinating end-to-end system integrations between client system and the various company’s services and core systems, this role ensures that solutions and technical integrations are aligned with business needs and client expectations to deliver smooth and successful implementations.

Responsibilities

Integration Solution Design

Analyze client requirements and propose suitable integration solutions using APIs, and platform capabilities.
Design technical workflows and recommend best practices for secure and efficient integrations.

Integration Planning and Coordination

Develop and manage integration timelines, deliverables, and milestones for each client project.
Coordinate across internal IT, Operations, and support teams to ensure seamless execution.

Client Onboarding Support

Act as a technical solution point of contact during client onboarding for integration-related activities.
Troubleshoot integration issues with internal teams and clients, escalating as needed.
Facilitate test environments and coordinate UAT prior to go-live.

Risk & Issue Management

Identify potential risks and issues with propose mitigation plans.
Collaborate with product and development teams to convey new client requirements for platform capabilities enhancement.

Documentation and Process Improvement

Maintain up-to-date technical integration guides, onboarding documentation, and FAQs.
Continuously improve integration frameworks, workflows, and delivery processes based on feedback and retrospectives.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
Knowledge in IT project management is a plus
3–7 years of experience in requirement analyst, system integration, technical solutioning, and project coordination.
Experience working with financial institutions, banks, or payment platforms is preferred.
Proficiency in RESTful APIs, JSON/XML, OAuth2.0, and other integration technologies.
Understanding of merchant platform, transaction flows and money flows.
Familiar with API testing tools (Postman, Swagger), app-to-app deeplink testing, and UAT test results validating.
Excellent project planning, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication skills to translate technical solutions into client-friendly language.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and commitment to delivery quality.
