Job Title: HR Intern
Job Summary: The HR Intern supports the Human Resources team across a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment and talent acquisition, interview coordination, HR administration, and HR operations. The role also assists with employee records management, leave and claims administration, HR documentation, and employee engagement initiatives, ensuring accurate, efficient, and confidential HR operations while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic FinTech environment.
Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, and coordination with candidates and hiring managers.
- Coordinate recruitment activities and maintain accurate recruitment records, applicant databases, and interview documentation.
- Assist with HR Operations by maintaining employee records, leave records, claims, and other HR administrative data.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain HR documents, reports, and databases, ensuring accuracy, completeness, confidentiality, and compliance with Company policies.
- Support onboarding and offboarding activities, including document preparation, orientation logistics, and employee file management.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, learning and development programs, and other HR initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external service providers to support HR operations and employee services.
- Perform general HR administrative duties and other assignments as delegated by the Human Resources team.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or a recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Political Science, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and a high level of accuracy.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Able to prioritize tasks, manage multiple assignments, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Previous internship experience or knowledge of Human Resources, recruitment, or HR operations will be an advantage.
