Customer Management
- Developing operation and service strategy, system, process to maintain strong relationship with customers and compete with competitor with cost effectiveness via various channel e.g., call center, chat, email, social media.
- Operating payment service as customers request.
- Analyzing customer’s complaints and provide solutions to ensure service quality completenes.
- Maintaining high quality customer service standards and good operational control to prevent any complaints and losses.
Operational Managemenะ
- Monitoring transaction processing to ensure smooth and secure processing of all payment transactions, from authorization to settlement.
- Monitoring risk activity, fraud, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Handling incidents to ensure minimal disruptions to service and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
คุณสมบัติ
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology
Management, Statistics or related fields. - Minimum 1 year of experience in Payment Service, Service System, After Sale Service
- Good understanding of the payment gateway industry and relevant regulations.
- Proven track record of success in operational efficiency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
